I have loved Temples for as long as I can remember, and have always had a strong desire to go. Over the past few years that desire became even more apparent and caused me to truly start preparing for this important step. On July 18th, I was able to go to the Temple and receive my own endowments. It was an amazing experience!

I was so great to be at the Temple with my Family and Friends. I love them all so much!!

I am so grateful for the gospel in my life. I know that I am a loved, cherished, Daughter of God. I know that I have a divine potential and that I am never alone! I am so grateful for the blessings I have and will receive by faithfully and regularly attending the temple, and look forward to going there with my future spouse someday.

This year I participated in something that goes against everything I stand for the...

The Bolder Boulder is an annual 10k race. If anyone knows me, you know that the words Stephanie and running dont typically belong in the same sentence. However, after some begging and pep-talks I caved and signed up. I had never done any type of race prior to this and there were definitly moments, leading up to the day of the race, that I felt I was biteing off more than I could chew. But I DID IT! The picture above is of my wave at the starting line (I'm in there somewhere).

All suited up and ready to RUN!

"Does this shirt make me look fast?"

Just keep running... just keep running...just keep running, running, running!

Crossing the FINISH LINE!

This race was such a great experience! Along the route there were all kinds of bands and people cheering you along. It was so much fun, and I am happy to be able to say I ran the BolderBoulder!

WELCOME 2011!

a few days after Christmas we loaded up in van and headed out to Sioux City, Iowa. The best place to start out a New Year!

One of my favorite things about Iowa is Talia!

The Girls!

I cant even remember what we played (something with throwing bean bags in a hole) but I will never forget Ruth and I Winning the Tournament! Eat that Cort!

After all the fun we had. . . it was time to load back up. . .and head on home!

Road Trip!

A few weeks ago a couple friends and I went up to Rexburg, Idaho to get away and see friends. The first couple days we spent at a cabin playing in the snow.

Pulling the SLED behind the 4Wheeler

We had tons of AmAzInG crashes!!

Here we are before church ready to find us some sexy, single, mormon, men... ...but no such luck :-( The MANY faces of Meagan & Me! I had such a great time spending time with people I love! This trip I was able to develop new friendships, see friends I haven't seen in months, and grow even closer to them all... and we definitly raised some cain! It was just what I needed.

Girls Night Out!

All girls need a night every once in a while, where they can act like they 18 again and just have a good time. I am so lucky to have amazing family and friends to do that with! This night we just went to dinner at Carinos, and talked, TALKED, TALKED!

'Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse. The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, in hopes the St. Nicholas soon would be there...

(mom, amber and I snuggled in bed Christmas eve)

...The Children were nestled all snug in their beds, While visions of sugar plums danced in their heads...

(Cute kiddos in their sunday best!)

...His eyes how they twinkled, his dimples, how merry! his cheeks were like roses, his nose like a cherry. He had a broad face, and a little round belly, that shook when he laughed, like a bowl full of jelly...

(or just me with some sexy onesie pajamas from santa!)

...He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work, and filled all the stockings, and then turned with a jerk. And laying his finger aside of his nose, and giving a nod, up the chimney he rose...

(my momma. . . aka the best santa ever!)

...He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle, and away they all flew like the down of a thistle. But I heard him explain, 'ere he drove out of sight...

(all of us together, I LOVE my family!)

Merry Christmas to all and to all a Good Night!
