One of my BEST friends, Camilla, had her 23rd birthday on the 14th so I decided to throw her an"Ocean Adventure" themed surprise birthday party. (I know you'd think it was for a 3 year old, but we're young at heart). It was so much fun to plan, turned out great, and she had no idea! Just the "usual" small group of friends got together we went out to dinner and then played games. I made her a jello cake with Shamu on it and Flounder and Sabastian shaped rice crispies. We decorated with blue streamers and glittery fish so it would feel like we were UNDER THE SEA!
